Terms

These terms apply to use of RecruitScanner. RecruitScanner provides software that helps college coaches organize inbound recruiting emails into structured prospect records, review queues, and exports.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for ensuring users are authorized staff members.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-extracted data before use.
• Customers remain responsible for NCAA, NAIA, conference, institutional, and sport-specific recruiting compliance.
• Customers may not use RecruitScanner to send spam, unlawful communications, or unauthorized outreach.

AI And Data Accuracy

RecruitScanner uses automated processing to extract information from recruiting emails. Extracted data may be incomplete or inaccurate. The service is designed to assist staff review, not replace coach judgment or compliance review.

Data Ownership

Customers retain responsibility for the recruiting emails and prospect data they provide to RecruitScanner. RecruitScanner uses that data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Availability And Changes

RecruitScanner may change features, workflows, pricing, and limits as the product is developed. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active customers.

Limitation

RecruitScanner is provided as an operational tool for recruiting workflow support. It does not guarantee recruiting outcomes, athlete eligibility, compliance status, or data extraction accuracy.
